Embarked on its first development project named Taman Majlis Jaya at Jalan Sungai Chua, Kajang, Selangor that comprises of 24 units Shop office blocks and 50 units apartment, valued at RM15million.

We Joint Ventured with MPKJ to develop a 5-storey Bus Terminal, 76 units of shop/office lot and commercial complex that still serves as an important landmark till this day.

Completion of 160 units of 4-storey shop offices at Taman Emas Cheras, valued at RM25million.

Our first project of the new millennium is the Nilam Commercial Centre, comprised of 32 units of shop office blocks and 100 units of freehold apartment.

We started the development of Plaza Citra Kajang located at Bandar Kajang that consists of 12 units Shop, 40 units office lots and a food court.

As our maiden undertaking of bigger projects, Taman Orkid's 3 phases were completed over the span of 7 years. With an RM200 million GDV, the shop lots and freehold apartments cover a land area of about 30 acres, consisting of 200 units shop lots and 876 units freehold apartments.

Also with an RM200 million GDV, we only took 5 years to complete the 2 subsequent phases of the Pusat Hentian Kajang, 19.8 acre land area consisting of 167 units of shop lots and 888 units freehold apartments. This 3 phases project was completed in year 2008.

As our first landed residential project, our 43 units of double-storey terrace houses at Seksyen 3, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor which was completely sold out within 6 months of launching. In the same year, we completed 3-storey shop offices at Taman Damai Mewah, located at Jalan Semeyih, Kajang, Selangor which it was a commercial building consisting of 27 units 3-storey Shop Office.

In the same year we completed 143 units double-storey terrace and townhouses at Section 5, within the commercial, educational, medical and leisure centres of Bandar Mahota Cheras. We also began constructing high security and nature-embraced 3-storey semi-detached houses nearby at Taman Sinar Mahkota Fasa 2. An 5 acre land area with only 40 units of Semi-Detach Houses.

Embarked its first high-rise project in Kuala Lumpur - Spring Avenue, which located at Kuchai Lama comprised of 17 units shop lots and 306 units of service apartments. Concurrently we also initiated construction of Spring Villa, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, consisting of 26 unit 3-storey Terrace Houses, 16 units Semi-D and 2 premium bungalow lots.

Completed 115 units of 2-storey Terrace House and 4 spacious units of 2-storey Semi-D at Taman Melur, Semenyih.

Our much talked about low density high-rise project, the luxury suite apartment Damai Residence at Chan Sow Lin comprises of 443 units suite, land area 1.56 acre began development and upon 6 months of launching, has sold of 60% of all units.
